Upon applying to appear on Bugglebots, the data supplied will only be viewed by Bugglebots staff. The data will be held securely on Bugglebots UK Based Infrastructure and will be deleted within 6 months upon completion of the competition. We will not share any data supplied from your application form with any third parties.
When tickets are available to be selected, you will be required to register as part of the process. To make it easier for you, we only require a small subset of information from you, including Name and Email Address. These pieces of information will only be used for communicating between Bugglebots and yourself and to ascertain identity upon the display of your ticket to a member of the Bugglebots crew. This data will be deleted from the Bugglebots UK Based Infrastructure within 6 months upon completion of the competition.
Bugglebots adheres fully by the rules and principles of both the Data Protection Act and the GDPR legislation. Bugglebots' nominated Data Controller is Ben Hassan.
If you wish to submit a subject access request, you may do so by emailing ben AT bugglebots DOT com. Please allow 10 working days for Ben or a member of Bugglebots staff to get back to you.
